Introduction
Aimtex International operates a fully integrated, state-of-the-art tent manufacturing facility in Pakistan. Unlike standard suppliers who outsource critical components, we maintain an end-to-end production ecosystem under one roof. From initial 3D product designing and raw canvas processing to heavy-duty metal fabrication and final quality testing, our in-house infrastructure ensures absolute quality control, rapid scalability, and strict adherence to international humanitarian and military specifications.
3D Designing & Industrial Fabric Treatment
At the core of our manufacturing strength is our engineering and textile division. We design custom solutions and process heavy-duty cotton canvas, poly-cotton blends, PVC, and polyester ripstop fabrics to withstand extreme weather—from desert heat to heavy monsoon rains.
- In-House 3D Designing: Our engineering team utilizes advanced 3D design software to model custom tent structures, calculate structural loads, and create precise prototypes for OEM/ODM clients before mass production begins.

In-House Frame, Paint & Component Manufacturing
A tent is only as strong as its frame. Aimtex International manufactures its own structural components to ensure they can withstand high-wind loads and rigorous field deployments.
- Metal Tube Fabrication: Cutting, bending, and welding of high-grade steel and aluminum tubing for ridge poles, geodesic domes, and heavy-duty frame tents.
- Powder Coating & Painting Facilities: Complete in-house painting and powder coating lines to treat metal frames, providing superior rust and corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor deployment.
- Accessories Making: Dedicated production lines for manufacturing proprietary plastic fittings, tensioners, ground pegs, and essential hardware to ensure seamless assembly and maximum durability.
High-Capacity Stitching & Final Assembly
Our production floor features hundreds of industrial sewing stations manned by skilled technicians with decades of experience in heavy canvas and PVC stitching.
- Heavy-Duty Stitching: Utilizing specialized double-needle and lock-stitch machines designed specifically for multi-layered canvas, webbing, and PVC integration.
- High-Frequency (HF) Welding: Precision heat-sealing and HF welding for 100% waterproof seams on PVC groundsheets and heavy all-weather roofing panels.
- Scalable Production Volume: Our assembly lines are modular. During global emergencies, we can instantly scale our shift capacity to produce thousands of relief tents per week without bottlenecks.
Rigorous In-House Testing Laboratory
We do not wait for third-party inspectors to tell us our products are compliant; we test them ourselves during every batch run. Our dedicated in-house laboratory ensures that every fabric roll and structural frame meets international standards before it reaches the assembly line.

Hydrostatic Head Testing: Verifying the exact water resistance and waterproof rating of treated fabrics.
